It’s been a 500 mile week!

I’ve been to Worcester, Bristol, Redditch and Weston Super Mare. I’ve been meeting various people, talking about a variety of things and learning new skills.

I visited Citizens Advice Bristol and met Lauren Williams in 3D for the very first time after a year of connection on LinkedIn!!

It’s been another busy week of bringing things to conclusion whilst simultaneously looking to kick off the next big adventure.

At Maggs Day Centre, we came together as a team for our final All Staff session, where we shared progress on our new training and development programme to nurture staff and build their skills, and I shared the nine CHARTABLE behaviours of my Self Aware Leadership Compass.

A week of sunshine and Board meetings!

I don’t mind a Board meeting! My methodical brain loves a well structured paper, a clear agenda and prompt distribution. Writing a short paper that makes sense, is clear about the point and ensures you know what it’s asking of you, is a skill worth mastering! And when it’s all branded up, using the approved template and in the same font I definitely get the warm and fuzzies!
