I’ve always been inspired and motivated by interesting, intellectual thoughts, ideas and discoveries. Many years ago I took the Strengthsfinder 2.0 test and discovered that my strengths were: input, intellectual, learner and futuristic. It was spot on. I love learning new things.

Through COVID and the lockdowns, it’s given me time to listen to podcasts, watch TED talks, tune in to LinkedIn Learning and become a real LinkedIn fan. I mentioned this in my recent blog about bite sized learning.

I’m finding myself increasingly interested and motivated by the posts, vlogs and articles shared by some very clever people. This also links to my blog post about being an expert generalists! I love knowing a little bit about a lot of things.

COVID has instigated a digital revolution meaning that clever people now have a vehicle to share their thoughts and ideas with the world. If you have something interesting to tell the world, capitalise on the resources available to you and share, share, share!
