I’ve discovered an interesting concept on LinkedIn called Quiet Leadership, which is being shaped by Julian Stodd, Sea Salt Learning.
My husband thinks it hilarious if not somewhat disturbing, that I’ve connected with a stranger on LinkedIn, given him my home address and received the gift of a book!!
So today, in true nothing-is-normal style, I’m sitting with a cup of tea reading a book on Social Leadership. And really enjoying it so far!
Thank you Julian! I can see so many links with my model of self aware leadership, that I may run out of post-it notes by the time I get to the end!!
