Work is what we do. Work is not who we are.
I went to my first proper yoga class in two years yesterday, and it reminded me of the need to keep our horizons broad and our experiences nourishing. All of the things we do beyond work contribute to keeping us physically and mentally resilient, and passionate about our work.
